The M1-R9-5900HX series models cannot recognize the wired network card solution after some time of use.
Fault symptom description:
The OS does not recognize the wired network adapter, and the network cannot be connected properly. Device Manager>Network adapters intel Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V appears yellow! number

Solution (Please check each one by following the steps below) :
Step 1: Try to update the NIC driver
Use a wireless network card to connect to WIFI, open a browser, enter the following URL in the browser address bar, and download the latest version of the network card driver

- After the driver is downloaded, decompress and double-click the exe file to run the installation wizard. After the installation is complete, restart the computer to test whether the network adapter works properly.
Step 2:
After the computer is safely shut down, unplug the power cord of the host computer. Do not plug it in first.
Directly press the boot (SW) button to try to start, the motherboard, power adapter in the residual power off, at this time because there is no adapter power cord, and can not start normally, after the flash off for a while, reinsert the adapter power cord.
In this way, the network adapter cannot work properly due to static electricity.
Step 3:
Remove any recently installed hardware from the system. There may be devices that cause hardware conflicts or compatibility problems.
Step 4:
Try the new Cat 6 cable, or replace the network cable to confirm the normal test
Step 5:
Try to fix install Windows*. If this does not work, try a fresh install of Windows*.
