Industrial mini computers are widely used, in order to ensure good compatibility, intel 10 generation and below product lines BIOS usually support UEFI and Legacy two boot modes, sometimes because you need to install a newer version of the operating system, so you need to use UEFI mode to install normally. Here's how to configure UEFI only boot in the BIOS.
First, the computer set uefi boot mode note:

3. Setting uefi boot mode:
A wired keyboard is recommended, Press the switch button and press Del to enter BIOS Setup. Press the keyboard arrow keys to select Advanced>CSM Configuration> Set Boot Option filter to [UEFI only]. After the configuration is complete, press F10 to save the configuration and exit.
