Energy saving: Entering a low power consumption state when not in use, reducing energy consumption, for long-term operation of equipment, can save considerable power.
Extend the life of the hardware: Let the hardware rest when it is not working, reduce the loss caused by long-term operation, such as reducing the aging speed of electronic components, help to extend the overall service life of the computer.
Data security: Entering the sleep state can avoid data loss or damage caused by accidental operations or other circumstances, and play a certain role in data protection.
