Modify the operating frequency of the DDR5 memory
(Applicable model: M1, M9 12/13 generation)
Overview: The M1 and M9-12/13 generations are equipped with DDR5 DIMMs, whose operating frequency ranges from 4800MHz to 5600MHz. The default operating frequency of the DIMMs in the BIOS is 4400MHz. The maximum operating frequency can be adjusted to 4800MHz.
The following is the 4400MHz (16G x 2) dual-channel read/write speed
Read:62500MB/s
Write:60506Mb/s
Copy:59881MB/s

Read:66704MB/s
Write:64930Mb/s
Copy:61216MB/s

From the above data, we can see that the performance of the memory module is significantly improved after the operating frequency is adjusted.
Here are the configuration steps:
Step 1 Press the SW button and quickly press the Del key on the keyboard to enter the BIOS Setup.
Step 2: Chipset>System Agent (SA) Configuration>Memory Configuration> Set Maximum Memory Frequency to [4800];
Step 2: Chipset>System Agent (SA) Configuration>Memory Configuration> Set Maximum Memory Frequency to [4800];

- Step 3: Press F10 to save the configuration and exit.
