Fault description:
After pressing the switch button (SW) of the Mini PC, the computer does not respond, the SW indicator is off, and the computer cannot be turned on normally.
The minicomputer has no reaction after pressing the power switch (SW), which can be caused by a variety of reasons. Here are some common causes and how to troubleshoot them:
Step 1: The power supply is faulty
Possible reasons:
Power adapter failure
The power cable is not connected correctly
The power socket is powered off
Troubleshooting method:
Check the power adapter: Check whether the indicator of the power adapter is on. If not, try to replace the power adapter, check whether the output voltage and current of the power adapter meet the computer standards, if you are not sure whether the power adapter meets the computer standards, please consult your supplier;
Check the power cable connection: Make sure the power cable is securely connected to the mini computer and the power adapter;
Replace the power outlet: Try plugging the power plug into another outlet to ensure that the outlet is powered;
Step 2: The mainboard enters the protected state, peripherals, accessories on the mainboard are short-circuited, or the mainboard circuit is abnormal
Possible reasons:
The mainboard is affected by static electricity and runs for a long time, resulting in high temperature or multiple abnormal shutdown of the mainboard, resulting in the protection state of the mainboard.
Abnormal peripherals or accessories are connected;
The SW button is damaged or the SW cable is loose.

- There are also some models on the motherboard is not designed JCMOS row pin, chassis is not designed a one-click recovery CMOS button. At this time, we can discharge the motherboard according to the following steps;
Disconnect the power adapter from the host (remove the DC header from the host) and press the SW button 5-10 times, then connect the power adapter to test;
If the fault persists, please disassemble the machine after power off, remove the CMOS battery or battery connection cable from the motherboard, press the SW button 5-10 times, and start the test again;
Try to remove the peripheral products after testing, such as large capacity mobile hard disk, U disk, printer, USB speaker after testing;
Disassemble the machine in the power off state, check whether the SW button line is loose, or try to remove the CMOS battery after testing;
Disassemble the machine in the power off state, and remove all accessories (such as SSD, RAM, HDD, WIFI module) from the motherboard for test;
