Steps to query hard disk in H4 model BIOS

Procedure for querying hard disks in the BIOS of the H4
Step 1 Press the SW button to start the system. During the system self-test (POST) process, press the Del key on the keyboard to enter the BIOS Setup.
Step 2: This step applies to the query of MSATA, M.2 SATA, and 2.5-inch SATA disks. In the BIOS, choose Chipset>PCH-IO Configuration>SATA And RST Configuration> Enter the menu to check whether the MSATA Slot,SATA Port 1,M.2 Slot is identified Hard drive brand and capacity.
Step 2: This step applies to the query of MSATA, M.2 SATA, and 2.5-inch SATA disks. In the BIOS, choose Chipset>PCH-IO Configuration>SATA And RST Configuration> Enter the menu to check whether the MSATA Slot,SATA Port 1,M.2 Slot is identified Hard drive brand and capacity.



- Step 3: This step is applicable to querying NVME disks. In the BIOS, choose Advanced>NVME Configuration> This menu is displayed to query the NVEM SSD brand, model, and capacity.


- Note: If you have confirmed that a hard disk is installed on the mainboard, but the corresponding hard disk name is not found in the BIOS, check whether the hard disk is installed in the correct slot and whether the hard disk works properly.
